free session for you?
Everyone is different. What works for some won’t work for others. That’s why before anything happens, we need to understand what makes you YOU and learn what you personally want to achieve.
We will start by understanding your overall health and fitness using our health history questionnaire. We’ll then follow this up with a 60 minute session including warm-up, stretching, mobility, aerobic capacity and strength assessments (upper body, lower body and core). You will receive a full body composition analysis (weight, BMI, metabolic rate, body fat percentage, hydration levels).
