Our Free PT Session involves a 30 min health, fitness and goal setting consultation, followed by a 60 min session. The session includes:

  • Warm-up
  • Stretching and mobility assessment
  • Aerobic capacity assessment
  • Strength assessments (upper body, lower body and core)
  • Full body composition assessment (Weight, BMI, Metabolic Rate, Body Fat %, Hydration Levels)
